Does using over-the-counter topical antibiotics (such as Walgreens Triple Antibiotic Ointment or Neosporin) reduce the effectiveness of birth control pills?

i have a case of folliculitis that doesnt seem to be responding to antibiotics or topicals. is this something that will maybe not clear up?
