Colorectal cancer is a condition in which a person has cancer of the colon and/or rectum. The colon is the large intestine, and the rectum is the end of the large intestine just before the anus. Colonoscopy is the test to look for colon cancer, in which a doctor looks inside the intestine with a video camera.
