Headaches are one of those things that just about everyone has at least once in their life. Over the counter medicines can help, but so can avoiding triggers, staying hydrated, eating regular meals, lowering your stress. Frequent headaches can be a sign of an underlying medical condition, so make sure you let your doctor know if they get to be bothersome.
