Tetralogy of fallot
A heart defect that features four problems: a hole between the lower chambers of the heart; an obstruction between the heart and the lungs; when the aorta (blood vessel) covers the hole in the lower chambers of the heart; and when the muscle surrounding the lower right chamber of the heart thickens.
